By using the rakiaisperih.bg online store, when loading and viewing any page of the E-STORE by clicking on the products and/or links, by paying for goods offered by the E-STORE, you – in your capacity of a USER – do agree, accept and undertake to comply with these Terms of Service.

These General Terms and Conditions constitute a mandatory binding legal agreement between the rakiaisperih.bg E-STORE and the USER in relation to the goods and services offered by rakiaisperih.bg.

"HKK" AD is a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, having ats headquarters and management address: town of Isperih, 67 Vasil LevskSt., Company ID #127515207; and sells goods through the rakiaisperih.bg E-STORE.

2. Prices

Reduced prices are announced in the following way: the old price is strikethrough and the new (lower) price shown next to it. The prices of products with quantity discounts, e. g. "take 6 candles worth BGN xxx" are valid only when ordering the corresponding quantity.

3. Orders

Ordering a product/-s through the rakiaisperih.bg Е-STORE means you have given your express consent to execute a remote-issued sales contract, in the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.

Ordering a product or service from the rakiaisperih.bg E-STORE is associated with an obligation to pay. Payment is made in a way you choose from the options provided. The E-STORE accepts orders all around the clock, every day, including weekends and bank holidays.

During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to see the products you are buying and their prices, your contact details (names, e-mail, telephone, address, postal code), the method of delivery and the method of payment. After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be notified by e-mail in case of a change in the status of the order (confirmation, processing, shipment, etc.). You can track the status of current and previous orders from your personal profile with us.

4. Issues when completing an order

We make every effort to fulfill all orders accurately, however your order may be delayed for any of the following reasons:

  • You have provided incorrect or incomplete delivery data – names, phone number, postal address.
  • You have chosen a method of advance payment – “payment by card” or “payment by Paypal”, but no payment has been made or there is a delay in the payment.
  • It is possible one of the ordered products is not available. In this case, we will contact you by email or phone to inform you.

In the event of an inaccuracy or discrepancy between the ordered and received products due to our fault, we will bear the costs of subsequent return and/or replacement. In case of impossibility of delivery not because of rakiaisperih.bg E-STORE’s fault, or you are not at the specified address or you do not answer the courier’s calls, your order will be returned to us until we contact you yet once again.

5. Payment

The orders of products and services from the E-STORE are paid according to your choice. You can choose from several payment methods listed in the E-STORE. When choosing a payment other than cash on delivery, you agree to an advance payment of the price of your order. We offer a few payment methods:

  • Payment upon delivery: upon receiving the order, you pay the courier
  • Payment by card
  • Bank payment
  • Paypal: you pay during the order process
  • Revolut: you pay during the order process

6. Delivery and receipt of the products

By pressing the “Order” button, you agree to pay the price of the selected products and the indicated value of the transport costs. You can request delivery to a postal address during the ordering process by selecting the “to address” option and filling in the correct address, zip code and follow the additional instructions.

The E-STORE has the right to refuse the completion of the order without having to pay compensation to the customer, if the information provided by the latter contains technical errors. The E-STORE undertakes to refund amounts paid for certain order/-s by the customer, if these cannot be completed for the above reasons.

7. Order cancellation and return without any reason or complaint

You can return products purchased from us – without any reason for return – within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The products must be in their original packaging
  • There should be no signs/marks of use, damaged appearance, or staining
  • You should include the original invoice or order or goods receipt you have received the products with (when placing an order you will receive an accompanying document – a fiscal receipt upon payment upon delivery or an invoice – at your request)
  • The costs of returning the products will be at your expense.

You can exchange the products for other ones or we will refund their value if you do not wish any exchange. We refund the value of the products, excluding the delivery cost. We refund all amounts paid upon delivery only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation of the order. We refund all amounts paid by debit/credit card to the same account (card) the payment has been made from.
