Armut: A Rare Gift from Bulgarian Nature
Deep in the Isperih region, over 50-year-old wild pear trees—known locally as Armuti—grow in hidden spots called Armutluk. From these hand-picked, rare fruits, we craft an exceptionally limited rakia. Distilled slowly in small copper stills and aged for over 24 months in Strandja oak, Armut Rakia is a liquid portrait of local nature. It offers an unforgettable aroma of light vanilla, earthy mineral notes, and a playful hint of wild pear. The palate is harmonious and fruity with a touch of spice, leading to a long, intriguing finish.
Only two barrels are produced in a good year—true exclusivity in every drop.
