Wine distillates still does not have a significant share of our annual production. Nevertheless, certain quantities of grapes are processed annually. Typically, these are red French varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. From them we produce a distillate that we mature in French and Bulgarian oak barrels with a capacity from 30l to 250Liters.

In 2017 we started a project for the production of grape distillate from the Hamburger Misket dessert variety. We hope that this unique grape brandy will appear on the market soon.

We keep availability of the three varieties of grape distillate - grape, wine and grape marc distillate.

Processing technology is two ways depending on the feedstock: 1) Fermentation of whole grapes eroded by the chips, followed by distillation 2) Distillation of finished wine or wet grated grape marc or wine splashes.

In 2012, we built a cellar for aging of distillates with a capacity of 30'000 l. After distillation, our wine distillates get there for aging and finishing.
